DOMESTIC SHIPPING (PAKISTAN)
- Flat shipping fee: Rs 200 per order
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Delivery takes 7–14 working days after dispatch
- Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number by email or SMS. You can also track your order anytime through Order Tracking on our website.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During new drops and sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. MOI is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. Re-delivery charges may apply.
